Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world!
Please note that duties are NOT included, so please keep this in mind when purchasing!
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Hamilton, Ontario! All artwork is hand drawn, packed and fulfilled with care from my own home!
My item arrived damaged. How can I get a replacement?
Please send us an email at ecipherstudios@gmail.com with photos or a description of the damages!
Depending on the context, we have case-by-case solutions for the situation!
When will [item] restock?
We restock very frequently, and generally it takes 1-2 weeks for items to come back in stock.
Please feel free to reach out if items have been out of stock for longer than that and we'd be happy to answer!

What are your shipping rates?
*SHIPPING COSTS HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED DUE TO CANADA POST STRIKE*
Currently shipping is divided into two categories.
FLAT MAIL (Stickers, Prints, etc.)
CANADA: $8.00 CAD
USA: $4.15 CAD
INTERNATIONAL: $7 CAD
NON-FLAT MAIL (Keychains, Pins, etc.)
CANADA: $8 CAD
USA: $10 CAD
INTERNATIONAL: $8 CAD
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are only applied to orders where a tracking number is either included, or purchased separately.
There is currently no tracking on Letter mail, and must be purchased separately at checkout.
I'm missing items from my order
Please reach out to ecipherstudios@gmail.com with your missing items, and we can either resolve through partial refund or reshipment of items!
