United States: 5-21 business days

International: 7 - 31 business days

Canada: Oversized Stamp Mail (3-7 business days)

United States: Tracked Packet™ - USA (4-7 business days)

International: Small Packet™ - International Air (6-10 business days)

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not included.

Please note: The above is an estimation from third party delivery services and does not include fulfilment time. 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order's shipping address is valid and correct. If any mistakes on the shipping address causes the package to Return To Sender, it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping fees for the order to be reshipped.

MISPLACED OR LOST ORDERS

CIPHERSTUDIOS is not responsible for missing or lost packages delivered through third party shipping services and therefore cannot offer to replace or refund for these orders. Always check with your local post office first to see if the package was misplaced. It is common for the package to arrive days after the tracking's delivery date. Unfortunately, Canada Post will not accept any claims if the package was scanned as "Delivered".
